护理干预对糖尿病视网膜病变患者生活质量的影响

目的：探究在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中给予护理干预对其生活质量的影响。方法：选取在2013年10月至2015年10月期间我院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者58例，采用抽签的方式将其分为对照组和实验组，对照组采用常规护理方法，而实验组患者给予全面护理干预方法，将两组患者的生活质量进行对比分析。结果：与对照患者相比，实验组患者的生活质量评分明显较高，差异对比P＜0．05，存在统计学意义。结论：在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中给予护理干预方法对提升患者生活质量有明显效果，值得应用推广。

Influence of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with diabetic retinopathy

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods:in the period from October 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital 58 cases of patients with diabetic retinopathy,the ballot will be divided into the control group and the experimental group,the control group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention, the quality of life of two groups were compared.Results:compared with the control,the quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher,the difference was P<0.05,there was statistical significance.Conclusion:in diabetic retinopathy patients to give nursing inter-vention methods to improve the quality of life of patients with obvious effect,it is worth promoting.
