小针刀联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效研究

目的：对小针刀联合推拿在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的治疗效果进行调查。方法：抽选我院2014年6月－2016年6月间58例腰椎间盘突出症患者，患者入院后均采用系统随机分组的方式分为两组。采用推拿进行治疗的为对照组，联合小针刀进行治疗的为干预组，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：两组患者疗效评估有效率分别为93．1％、65．5％，比较具备统计学差异，P＜0．05。结论：小针刀联合推拿在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的治疗效果非常理想。

The effect of small needle knife combined with massage for treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective:To investigate the therapy of small needle knife combined with massage effect in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Meth-ods:selected in our hospital in June 2014-2016 year in June 58 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly divided the sys-tem into two groups.Using massage therapy for the control group,combined with needle knife treatment as the intervention group,compared two groups of patients.Results:two groups of patients with curative effect evaluation efficiency were 93.1%,65.5%,compared with statistical differ-ence,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupotomy combined with massage on lumbar disc herniation Patients in the treatment effect is very ideal.
