蝮龙抗栓丸治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风随机平行对照研究

目的]观察蝮龙抗栓丸治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将52例住院患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组26例常规西药治疗(控制血压、抗凝、降纤、扩冠等);治疗组26例蝮龙抗栓丸,3次/d,5g/次,饭后半小时用温开水送服,不能吞咽者用温开水化开服用,西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗6疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈1例,显效5例,有效18例,无效2例,总有效率92.30%。对照组痊愈0例,显效4例,有效14例,无效8例,总有效率69.23%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]蝮龙抗栓丸治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风疗效满意。
