中药复方对大鼠酒精性肝损伤防治中ALT、 GSH—Px活性研究

目的探讨中药对酒精性肝损伤的防治中ＡＬＴ（谷丙转氨酶）、ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ（谷光甘肽过氧化物酶）活性变化。方法采用大鼠酒精性肝损伤模型，测定损伤大鼠全血ＧＳＨ—Ｐｘ和血清ＡＬＴ水平。结果 损伤组ＡＬＴ显著升高，ＧＳＨ—Ｐｘ明显下降；中药灌胃后，防治组与正常组ＡＬＴ和ＧＳＨ—Ｐｘ相似。而与损伤组有显著性差异。结论提示中药复方使大鼠酒精性肝损伤ＡＬＴ和ＧＳＨ—Ｐｘ趋向正常，提示中药复方制剂具有抗氧化作用。

The Activity changes of ALT and GSH - Px during the Prevention and Cure with Chinese Herbs Compound in Rats with Alcoholic Liver Injury

Objective To study the activity changes of ALT and GSH -Px during the prevention and cure with Chinese herbs compound to alcoholic liver injury. Methods Making liver injury model by alcohol in rats, then examine the activities of ALT and GSH - Px. Results The activity of ALT increased in the injury group, meanwhile, that of GSH - Px reduced. After treatment with Chinese herbs compound, the ALT and GSH - Px activities were similar to the normal persons. There were significant difference between the therapy group and injury group(P < 0. 01 ). Conclusions The Chinese herbs compound have antioxidation, then make the activities of ALT and GSH - Px improve in rats with alcoholic liver injury.
