摘    要:AIM:To study the effect of exposure to 8MV X-ray irradiation on heparanase mRNA expression in human colorectal carcinoma HT29 cells.METHOD:In situ hybridization technique was used to study the expression of heparanase mRNA in HT29 cells.RESULTS:After exposure to the dose of 2 Gy,the heparanase mRNA expression in HT29 cells was significantly weakened.CONCLUSION:Radiation may inhibit the metastasis ability of HT29 cells.
