| 摘 要： | 目前,公立医院尚存在各种资源不能合理配置和有效利用的问题,在人尽其才、物尽其用、医院经营效率方面还有很大提升空间。在人事制度、分配制度、医院管理、收费体系等方面也还需进一步完善,使其更趋合理。本文将从上述几个方面进行分析,结合公立医院改革进行思考。

| Abstract: | At present, there still have a variety of resources not rationally allocated and effectively used in public hospitals, and there is great room for improvement in the utilization of human and material resources and the efficiency of hospital management. There also need to be further improved and more reasonable in personnel system, distribution system, hospital management and fees system. This article will analyze all aspects above, combined with reflection on public hospital reform. |
