万拉法新与阿米替林治疗抑郁症疗效对照研究

目的 探讨万拉法新与阿米替林治疗抑郁症的疗效及副作用。方法 将100例符合CCMD—2—R诊断标准的抑郁症患者随机分为两组,各50例,分别给予万拉法新与阿米替林(50～200mg)治疗,疗程6周,治疗前及治疗1、2、6周分别采用HAMD、HAMA及副反应量表(TESS)进行评定。结果 两组疗效接近,万拉法新起效快于阿米替林,两组副反应发生情况万拉法新组明显小于阿米替林组,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 万拉法新治疗抑郁症疗效好,起效快,副作用小,治疗依从性强。

A Comparative Study of Depression Treatment Effects with Venlafaxion and Amitriptyline

Objective To explore depression treatment and side effects of venlafaxion and amitriptyline. Method 100 patients conforming to the diagnosis standard of CCMD-2- R for depression were randomly put into two groups with each group consisted of 50 people. The two groups were then treated respectively with venlafaxion and amitriptyline(50-200mg). The treatment lasted for six weeks. Evaluation was made with HAMD.HAMA and TESS accordingly before the treatment, within one week,two weeks and six weeks after the treatment. Result Although the treatment effects were similar,venlafaxion acted more quickly with obviously fewer side effects than amitriptyline, indicating a statistical significance(P<0. 01). Conclusion Venlafaxion is a reliable drug for depression,with good treatment effect,quick action and few side effects.
