急性毒鼠强中毒的血液灌流治疗观察

目的 探讨血液灌流救治毒鼠强的临床效果。方法对35例进行血液灌流(hemoperifusion，HP)与既往常规治疗的34例患者进行比较。结果HP后患者血液毒鼠强浓度、心肌酶谱、脑电图评分均较治疗前明显改善。症状控制时间缩短。临床治愈率提高。结论HP治疗毒鼠强中毒较常规方法更有效。

Effects of hemoperfusion therapy in patients with acute tetramine intoxication

To explore the clinical efficiency of hemoperfusion therapy in acute tetramine intoxication. Thirty five patients were treated with hemoperfusion and the clinical effect was evaluated. The clinical results were also compared with conventional therapy in 34 patients. The clinical effect of hemoperfusion therapy was satisfactory. Blood concentration of tetramine, myocardial enzymes were significantly devreased after hemoperfusion, meanwhile duration of consciousness recovery and convulsion termination were significanly in blood purification group compared with conventional therapy group. [Conclusions] Hemoperfusion therapy is better than conventional therapy in patients with acute tetramine intoxication.
