常州市流动人口妇女儿童卫生保健现状与思考

目的:对我市流动人口妇女经济状况、基本医疗保障、孕产妇孕产期保健、围产儿死亡和儿童保健情况进行初步调查,了解我市流动人口妇女儿童卫生保健现状。方法:采用常州市流动人口的现状资料进行分析。结果:流动人口妇女儿童是传染病爆发流行的高危人群,流动人口孕产妇和围产儿死亡率明显高于户籍人口,流动人口医疗服务利用严重不足。结论:提出相关建议来保障流动人口妇女儿童享有与户籍所在地妇女儿童同等卫生保健服务。

To discribe and analyse the floating population maternal and children health care in Changzhou city

Objective:To study the floating population maternal and children on economic condition,the basic medical treatment,pregnant women health care,newborns mortality and children health care and to discribe the situation of floating population maternal and children health care in Changzhou.Methods:The above data were analyzed.Results:Floating population maternal and children are the high risk population of infection disease epidemic outbreak.The mortality of the floating population maternal and children were obviously higher than that of censue register population.The health service of the floating population was not used enough.Conclusion:Some ways to improve the floating population maternal and children health care should be provided.
