水蛭酶提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的通过实验优选水蛭酶提取工艺条件。方法以体外的抗凝活力为指标,进行单因素试验,考察胃酶加入量、提取温度、提取时间、药液pH对有效成分提取的影响,用正交试验优选提取条件。结果优选的提取工艺为:温度42℃,pH1.5,加酶量为300U/g,提取4h。结论实验表明,此方法提取率高,工艺合理。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE Choose the best craft conditions of the extract of leech by experiment. METHODS Take the vigor of exoterie anticoagulation as the index, and then see about the influence exerted by quantity of pepsin,the extraction temperature, the extraction time, and pH by single factor experiment; choose the conditions of extraction with orthogonal test. RESULTS The chosen craft is: Temperature 42℃ ,pH 1.5,enzyme quantity 300U/g,extracting time 4h;CONCLUSlON These methods are effective, reasonable and suitable.
