护理干预对普外术后止痛的效果分析

目的 探讨护理干预对普外手术后止痛的效果分析.方法 将我院普外自2008年1月至2011年6月所收治的符合条件的外科手术后患者196例,随机分为护理干预组和对照组各98例,干预组给予护理干预,对照组进行常规护理.最后将两组临床资料进行整理,然后将2组护理干预效果进行统计学分析.结果 两组完全缓解干预组78例,对照组47例,差异有统计学意义P<0.05,总有效率干预组98%,对照组81%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01.结论 对外科手术患者实施围手术期的护理干预,缓解外科术后疼痛是有效的,可行的.
