| 摘 要： | 目的 分析脑动脉狭窄与认知功能障碍之间的关系.方法 选择脑动脉狭窄患者66例及健康者60例进行认知功能评估.结果 脑动脉狭窄组的记忆功能和认知功能均明显不及对照组(P<0.05),两组比较差异有显著性意义.结论 脑动脉狭窄患者的记忆功能和认知功能明显不及健康者,脑动脉狭窄与认知功能密切相关.

| Abstract: | Objective to analysis of cerebral artery stenosis and the relation between cognitive dys- function. Methods 66 cases of cerebral artery stenosis patients and 60 healthy persons were performed cogni- tive function assessment. Results the group of memory function of cerebral artery stenosis and cognitive function were significantly less than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the difference between the two groups was significant. Conclusion the cerebral artery stenosis in patients with memory function and cognitive function was not healthy, cerebral artery stenosis are closely associated with cognitive functions. |
