实时三维在产前筛查中对胎儿室缺的应用价值

目的评价实时三维在产前筛查中对胎儿室缺的应用价值。方法对来我院接受产前筛查的6032例妊娠(20～24周)的胎儿中,205例可疑先天性心脏病的进行分组检查。第一组(102例)由两名不同操作经验的医师用二维超声进行检查,第二组(103例)也有这两名医师用实时三维进行检查。结果第一组二人共检出15例室间隔缺损,其中医师1独自检出6例,医师2独自检出0例,假阳性2例;第二组二人共检出35例,其中医师1独自检出2例,医师2独自检出1例。结论实时三维在产前筛查中可以提高胎儿室间隔缺损的诊断率,并降低对检查人员经验的依赖性。

The application of real-time 3D in ventricular septal defect of prenatal screen

Objective To evaluate the application of real-time 3D in ventfieular septal defect of prena- tal screen. Methods 6032 cases pregnancy fetus （20 ~ 24W ） who come to my hospital to accept prenatal screen, 205 cases suspected congenital heart disease were randomly divided into first group and second group. First group （n = 102）was carried on a check with two-dimensional super voice by the two different operations empirical doctor, second group（n = 103） was carried on a check with real-time 3D. Results In the first group, two doctors checked 15 cases of ventricular septal defect, the one doctor checked 6 cases alone, the oth- er checked 0 case, 2 cases in false positive. In the second group, two doctors checked 35 cases of ventricular septal defect, the one doctor checked 2 cases, the other checked 1 case. Conclusion Teal-time 3D in ventric- ular septal defect of prenatal screen can improve diagnostic rate.
