168例新生儿窒息的产科原因分析及防治措施

目的 探讨产科新生儿窒息的原因,寻找预防措施.方法 回顾性分析168例新生儿窒息的产科原因,提出预防措施.结果 新生儿窒息的主要产科原因及其百分率是:脐带因素,占36.91%、羊水因素,占23.21%和胎盘因素,占14.88%,合计126例,占75.00%; 另外胎儿因素、产程异常、分娩方式及不明原因共42例,占25.00%.加强产前保健,重视产科高危因素,提高产前检查质量,产时对有高危因素的孕妇做好胎儿重点监护,防治胎儿宫内窘迫,适时剖宫产终止妊娠和提高新生儿复苏技术,是预防新生儿窒息的有效措施.结论 增强孕期保健,加强产前、产时胎心监护及B超检查,做好产前检查,早期发现和治疗胎儿宫内窘迫,降低早产率,是降低新生儿重度窒息的有效措施.

Methods Of the their analysis of stifling newborn maternity causes and prevention measures were put forward 168 cases. Results The main reason newborn choking maternity and percentage was： umbili- cal cord factors, 36. 91%, amniotic fluid factors, accounting for 23.21% and placenta factors, accounting for 14. 88%, total in 126 cases, accounting for 75.00%. In addition the fetus factors, premature birth, abnormal way and unexplained total 42 cases, accounting for 25.00%. Trician risk factors, improve antenatal examination quality, producing a high risk factors of the pregnant women to fetal key monitoring, control within the fetal dis- tress, timely termination of pregnancy and improve cesarean section neonatal recovery technology, the effective measures to prevent neonatal suffocation. Conclusion Enhance prenatal care, strengthen prenatal, producing taixin monitoring and B ultrasonic examination, completes the antenatal examination, early detection and treat- ment intrauterine fetal distress, hypertension syndrome, vibration uteruses freak, reduce premature birth rate, is to reduce the heavy asphyxiation of effective measures.
