外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗Pilon骨折的临床疗效分析

目的分析研究Pilon骨折的临床治疗方法。方法将2010年6月至2011年6月收治的Pilon骨折患者76例按照知情同意原则随机分为观察组和对照组各38例,观察组采用外固定架结合有限内固定治疗,对照组采用切开复位内固定治疗,观察记录两组患者的临床效果及不良反应。结果两组患者之间优良率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论外固定支架结合有限内固定可以获得术后骨折稳定,取得良好踝关节功能,是治疗Pilon骨折有效的手术方案,值得推广应用。

External fixation combined with limited internal fixation for Pilon fractures

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pilon fractures treated with external fixation and limited internal fixation.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 76 patients with Pilon fractures who were admitted in our hospital from June 2010to June 2011, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group contained 38 cases.The observation group were treated with external fixation and limited internal fixation, the control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation.Results There were significant differences of fineness rate between the two groups （P〉 0.05）, and there were no differences of complication incidence rate between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion External fixation combined with limited internal fixation can immobilize the sections of fracture and achieve excellent ankle joint function,so it is an effective surgical treatment of Pilon fractures.
