| 摘 要： | 目的研究老年癫痫的临床特点。方法回顾性分析大连医科大学附属第一医院癫痫门诊41例老年癫痫患者的临床资料。结果 41例患者70.7%为部分性发作,29.3%为全面性强直阵挛发作。病因分析：63.4%为脑血管病,9.8%为脑肿瘤,7.3%为代谢性疾病,14.6%病因不明。41例均为单药治疗,其中61.0%发作完全控制,有效率87.9%。结论老年癫痫多为继发性癫痫,病因明确,发作类型以部分性发作为主,抗癫痫药物单药治疗效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of elderly epilepsy.Methods Retrospective analyze the clinical data of 41 patients with elderly epilepsy.Results Of 41 patients,29（70.7%） patients were partial seizures and 12（29.3%） patients were generalized tonic-clonic seizures.The etiology of 41 patients were cerebrovascular diseases（63.4%）,brain tumors（9.8%）,metabolic diseases（7.3%） and unknown etiology（14.6%）.All 41 patients were monotherapy,25 patients were seizure free（61.0%）,the total effective rate was 87.9%.Conclusion Epilepsy in the elderly were mostly secondary epilepsy.Partial seizures were the main seizure types.Monotherapy was effect. |
