| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）的临床特点及治疗方法 ,提高对CVA的认识,减少误诊。方法对2003年至2010年收治的93例CVA患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 CVA的临床表现不典型,干咳常为唯一症状,极易误诊,确诊后采用规范治疗常可收到满意疗效。结论对于长期慢性咳嗽,且抗生素治疗效果不满意的患儿,要警惕CVA的可能。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore clinical characteristics and therapeutic methods of cough variant asthma（CVA）.Methods The clinical data of 93 children with CVA between 2003 to 2010 were analysed retros-pectivelly.Results The clinical manifestations of CVA were atypical and the cough was the only symptom usually,which caused more misdiagnoses.Regular treatment had a marked effect on CVA usually.Conclusion The children who with chronic cough have a no effect by antibiotic remedy,should be consider CVA. |
