生殖道感染与未足月胎膜早破的关系

摘    要:目的探讨生殖道感染与非足月胎膜早破的关系。方法选择2008年1月至2011年6月未足月胎膜早破孕妇138例作为观察组,选择同期住院的正常孕妇200例作为对照组,对其宫颈管分泌物进行解脲支原体(UU)、沙眼衣原体(CT)检查,阴道分泌物进行细菌性阴道病(BV)、念珠菌、滴虫检测,比较两组各病原菌检出率。结果观察组UU、CT、BV检出率观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),念珠菌、滴虫检出率观察组略高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非足月胎膜早破与生殖道感染密切相关,有必要对妊娠早、中期孕妇进行筛查,针对病因采取相应防治措施,以降低未足月胎膜早破的发生率。

Relationship between the reproductive tract infection and preterm premature rupture of membranes

Abstract:Objective To explore relationship between the reproductive tract infection and preterm premature rupture of membranes. Methods 138 pregnant women with preterm premature rupture of membranes were selected from January 2008 to June 2011 as research group, 200 normal pregnant women at the same period were selected as control group, the secretion of cervical tube ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) , chlamydia trachomatis(CT) examination, vagina secretion of bacterial vaginosis ( BV), monilia, trichomonad detection, compare two sets of reproductive tract infection detection rate. Results In the observation group, UU, CT, BV detection rate the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ), Monilia, trichomonad detection rate the of observation group was slightly higher than those in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The premature rupture of membranes and reproductive tract infection related closely, it is necessary to pregnancy early, mid pregnant women screening, aimed at pathogeny take corresponding prevention and cure measures to reduce the incidence of premature rupture of membranes.
