小儿肺炎支原体感染肺外表现的临床回顾分析

目的探讨小儿肺炎支原体（MP）感染肺外器官受累的临床特点及预后。方法对我科136例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果 136例肺炎支原体肺炎患者中有32例（23.53%）发生肺外器官受累,累及心血管、泌尿、神经、消化、血液、皮肤黏膜多个系统,部分患儿同时多个肺外器官系统受累。结论肺炎支原体感染可以引起机体多系统损害,少数以肺外表现为首发症状,经大环内酯类抗生素治疗多数预后良好。

Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children clinical analysis of extrapulmonary manifestations.

Objective To investigate the clinical features and prognosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae （MP） infection of extrapulmonary organ involvement. Methods The department 136 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summary. Results 136 cases of pneumonia in pa- tients with mycoplasma pneumonia in 32 cases （23. 53 % ） had extrapulmonary organ involvement, involving the cardiovascular, urinary, nervous, digestive, blood, skin and mucosa and multiple systems, some children with multiple extrapulmonary organ system involvement. Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can cause body system damage in few extrapulmonary manifestations as the first symptom, the majority of macrolide antibi- otic treatment with good prognosis.
