| 摘 要： | 胫、腓骨骨折是最为常见的长骨骨折,在正常人群中,平均每10万人中每年有26例发生胫骨干骨折（男性：41例/100,000/年,女性：12例/100,000/年）;胫、腓骨骨折约占全部骨折的20%,平均年龄为37岁,呈双峰分布,青年男性和老年女性发生率较高1]。
