内皮素在急性颅脑损伤中的变化与作用

测定３０例急性颅脑损伤患者血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）的动态变化。结果显示中、重型颅脑损伤血浆ＥＴ显著升高，并分别持续至伤后５天和１２天，其中以脑挫裂伤并颅内血肿血浆ＥＴ水平最高，持续时间最长。临床上测定血浆ＥＴ水平有助于伤情轻重和预后判断。寻找有效的ＥＴ转化酶抑制剂、特异性受体阻滞剂及制备ＥＴ抗血清，可能将为临床急性颅脑损伤的治疗提供新的方法。

Changes and Roles of Endothelin in Acute Cranio-cerebral Injuries

Dynamic changes of plasma endothlin-l levels in 30 patients with acute craniocerebral injuries were determined by radioimmunoassay.The results revealed that the plasma endothlin levels were significantly elevated in middle and severe types of injury,which lasted for five and twelve days after injury respectively,and the highest mean elevated level and the longest lasting period were found in the patients with brain contusions complicated with intracerebral hematoma.The plasma levels of endothlin are iii favour of the clincal judgement of damage degrees and prognosis,It would provide new therapy for the treatement of acute craniocerebral injuries to search for effective inhibitor of endothelin converting enzyme,specific blocker of endothelin receptors and anti-endothelin serum preparation.
