| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨口腔系口腔颌面外科学理论课教学模式。方法：选择两个班级分别为实验及对照组。实验组采用以病例为中心的立体式教学法，对照组采用传统教学模式。结果：经问卷调查和考试分析，结果表明实验组成绩好与对照组，有显著差异性P〈0．05。结论：以病例为中心的立体式教学法可提高学习兴趣，增强理解，强化基础知识与临床的融合，对培养学生系统的临床思维有重要意义。
