紫归敏康片提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:确定紫归敏康片中赤芍、黄芪等药材的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法优选,以赤芍药材中的芍药苷的提取含量为考察指标,参考出膏率。结果:最佳工艺为第一次加10倍量水煎煮2h,第二次加水8倍量水煎煮1.5h,芍药苷的提取率可达90%。结论:此法简单易行,重现性好,适于工业生产。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the extraction process of Radix paeoniae Rubra and Radix Astragali.Methods:Conditions for the extraction were studied by orthogonal design,and the contents of Radix paeoniae Rubra were measured.Results:The optimum condition was firstly 10 times of wa- ter,extracted for 2hrs,and secondly 8 times of water,extrracted for 1. 5hrs.Paeoniflorin extraction rate could reach 90%.Conclusion:The opti- mal extraction process is simple and repeatable.It is available for industrial production.
