腹腔镜在诊治输卵管妊娠中的应用

目的 :探讨腹腔镜在诊治输卵管妊娠中的应用价值。方法 :回顾分析 10 2例输卵管妊娠患者应用腹腔镜治疗的临床资料。对有生育要求的患者 ,尽量保留输卵管 ;年龄较大 ,已有子女无保留输卵管要求者 ,行输卵管切除术。结果 :10 2例中除 1例输卵管间质部妊娠中转开腹手术外 ,余均在腹腔镜下顺利完成手术。结论 :腹腔镜较一般剖腹手术致患者损伤小 ,痛苦少 ,术后粘连少 ,且可较满意地在去除病变的同时保留器官及其功能。对要求保留生育能力的患者 ,腹腔镜有着明显优势

Application of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of oviduct pregnancy

Objective:To study the value of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of oviduct pregnancy.Methods:102 cases of oviduct pregnancy were treated by laparoscopy and analyzed. Patients who were willing to bear were retained the oviducts, patients who had children was used the salpingectomy. Results:Except that one case of oviduct interstitial portion pregnancy was conducted conversion laparotomy, the other cases were operated under laparoscopy smoothly.Conclusions: Now, laparoscopy has been found out superior to traditional abdominal operations in less trauma, little pain and adhension after operation, and it can retain the organs and their functions after pathologic tissue excision.
