一种苯扎氯铵消毒液杀菌效果观察

目的观察一种含苯扎氯铵的皮肤黏膜消毒液的杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,在实验室对其杀灭细菌繁殖体和真菌的效果进行了观察。结果以1 000 mg/L苯扎氯铵消毒液作用1 min,对悬液中的大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的平均杀灭对数值均达5.0以上。结论该苯扎氯铵消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有良好的杀灭效果。

OBSERVATION ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF A BENZALKONIUM CHLORIDE DISINFECTANT SOLUTION

Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of a benzalkonium chloride disinfectant solution for skin and mucous membrane.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the germicidal efficacy of vegetative forms of bacteria and fungus in laboratory.Results The average killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans in suspension exposed to the disinfection solution containing 1 000 mg/L benzalkonium chloride for 1 min were all above 5.0.Conclusions The benzalkonium chloride disinfectant solution has good germicidal efficacy on vegetative forms of bacteria and fungus.
