| 摘 要： | 目的：评价复方硝酸益康唑乳膏治疗体癣所致瘙痒的疗效及安全性。方法：采用随机对照研究的方法，以复方硝酸益康唑乳膏与特比萘芬乳膏进行对比治疗体癣患者82例，观察对瘙痒的疗效。结果：治疗组瘙痒缓解起效时间较对照组短（P〈0．05），瘙痒缓解程度优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：复方硝酸益康唑乳膏作为一种复方制剂在治疗体癣时具有起效时间短、症状缓解迅速、患者耐受性好等优势。
