喜炎平注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的Meta分析

目的评价喜炎平注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效和安全性。方法检索国内公开发表的有关喜炎平注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的随机对照试验研究,纳入试验的质量用Jadad计分表评价,进行Meta分析。结果纳入11项研究,Meta分析结果显示,喜炎平注射液组在退热时间、咳喘消失时间、啰音消失时间、胸片吸收时间、治愈率及总有效率方面均优于对照组。结论喜炎平注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎有较好的疗效,且不良反应发生率低,但由于现有研究质量较差,尚需设计严谨的多中心、大样本随机对照试验进一步证实。

Meta-analysis of xiyanping injection treatment for bronchial pneumonia

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of xiyanping injection treatment for bronchial pneumonia.Methods Randomized controlled trials on efficacy of xiyanping injection treatment for bronchial pneumonia were retrieved,the quality of the inclusion researches were estimated by Jadad scale,and the data were analyzed by meta-analysis.Results 11 studies were included.Xiyanping group was better than control group in terms of cooling time,cough disappearance time,rales disappearance time,chest X-ray absorption time,curative rate and the total effective rates by meta-analysis.Conclusion Xiyanping injection has better therapeutic effect on bronchial pneumonia with lower adverse drug reaction rate.The results should be verified by strictly-designed and large-scale sample randomized control trials because of the poor quality of present researches.
