鹿茸多肽超声提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的通过正交试验法进行鹿茸多肽超声提取工艺的研究。方法采用正交试验法,以水为溶媒进行回流提取,以鹿茸多肽为指标,优选鹿茸多肽超声提取工艺中的溶媒用量,对提取时间及提取次数进行优化。结果与结论考虑实际生产成本及实际生产实践经验,确定鹿茸多肽超声提取工艺:用10倍量水,提取3次,每次10 min。

Abstract:Objective To study normal-temperature ultrasonic extraction process of pilose antler polypeptides by orthogonal design.Methods The optimum extraction process was determined by orthogonal experiment,with water as refluxing extraction solvent,and pilose antler polypeptides as index,amount of solvent and extracting time and extracting times as investigation factors.Results and Conclusion Considering the actual cost and practical experience of production,The extraction process of pilose antler polypeptides is as follows:10 times the amount of waters,extract for 3 times,10 min each time.
