前列腺素E_1针联合甲钴胺针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变

目的观察前列腺素E1（PGE1）联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效及神经电生理改善情况。方法收集2010-01-2011-03我院住院治疗的糖尿病周围神经病变患者97例,随机分为治疗组（49例）和对照组（48例）,对照组给予维生素B12治疗,治疗组给予前列腺素E1注射液（商品名凯时）联合甲钴胺注射液（商品名弥可保）治疗,2周后比较2组疗效。结果 2组糖尿病周围神经病变患者麻木疼痛减轻的程度、神经传导速度均明显改善,且治疗组优于时照组（P〈0.05）。结论前列腺素E1针与甲钴胺针联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效较好。

Clinical observation of prostaglandin E1 and mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of prostaglandin E1（PGE1） and mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）,and amelioration of neuroelectrophysiological.Methods Ninety-seven DPN patients,which were collected in our hospital from Jan.2010 to March 2011,were randomly divided into the treatment group（forty-nine cases） and control group（forty-eight cases）.Vitamin B12 was used in the control group,while PGE1 injection and mecobalamin injection were used in the treatment group,the therapeutic effect of two groups after two weeks was observed and compared.Results Numbness and pain relieving degree as well as nerve conduction velocity in both groups were significantly improved,and the effective ratio of the treatment group was better（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of combined treatment of prostaglandin E1 and mecobalamin injection on diabetic peripheral neuropathy is comparatively better.
