硫酸吗啡缓释片辅助治疗癌性疼痛的疗效观察

目的观察硫酸吗啡缓释片辅助治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法将69例晚期癌症患者随机分为2组,观察组39例,应用硫酸吗啡缓释片;对照组30例,应用盐酸吗啡控释片,30 mg/12 h,2次/d。对比两组的临床疗效。结果观察组疼痛缓解率为92.3%（36/39）,与对照组（70.0%,21/30）比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论硫酸吗啡缓释片镇痛效果确切,是辅助治疗癌性疼痛的理想药物。

Efficacy of adjuvant therapy of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets on cancer pain

Objective To observe the efficacy of adjuvant treatment of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets on cancer pain.Methods 69 patients with advanced cancer were randomized into 2 groups：observe group（n=39）was treated with sustained-release morphine sulfate tablets;control group（n=30）was treated with morphine hydrochloride controlled-release tablets,30 mg/12 h,twice daily.Clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were compared.Results There was significant difference in pain relief rate between observe group（92.3%）and control group（70.0%）（P0.01）.Conclusion The analgesic effect of morphine sulfate tablets is exact,it is the ideal drug for adjuvant treatment of cancer pain.
