多穴位电针刺激对缺血性卒中患者大脑皮质功能的影响

目的探讨多穴位电针刺激对缺血性卒中患者大脑皮质功能的影响。方法 36例缺血性卒中患者（发病4周内）随机分为单纯动指组和电针加动指组,分别进行fMRI检查,运用t检验统计学方法分析得出静止期和活动期信号对比的脑功能图像,观察2组激活脑功能区的位置及大小。结果电针加动指组的对侧SM1区激活例数较单纯动指组高,但无统计学差异;电针加动指组对侧PMA区激活例数较单纯动指组显著增高,脑功能区激活面积较大,差异有统计学意义。结论多穴位电针刺激能更广泛激活缺血性脑卒中患者更多相关脑功能区。

Functional MRI study of ischemic stroke with electroacupuncture stimulation of multiple acupoints

Objective To explore the cortical activation in ischemic stroke with electroacupuncture stimulation of multiple acupoints by fMRI. Methods Thirty-six patients with ischemic stroke（onset within 4 weeks）were randomly divided into 2 groups：simple group with finger movement and electroacupuncture group with finger movement.Two groups＇ patients got fMRI examination,the functional maps of the activated areas in brain were analyzed by t-test analysis,the position and size of the activated areas were got by observing and calculating. Results The cases of the contralateral primary somatosensory cortex（SM1） activated were more in the electroacupuncture group with finger,but there was not significant difference;The cases of the contralateral premotor area（PMA） activated were more in the electroacupuncture group with finger,the size of the activated areas was large in the electroacupuncture group with finger,there was significant difference. Conclusion Electroacupuncture stimulation of multiple acupoints could more widely activate more correlated functional areas in ischemic stroke.
