长春西汀联合血塞通治疗急性脑梗死观察

目的观察长春西汀联合血塞通治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效,探讨C-反应蛋白（CRP）与临床疗效的关系。方法 83例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组：治疗组42例,对照组41例。2组均给予常规治疗并静滴血塞通,治疗组加用长春西汀。治疗前及治疗后检测CRP,观察神经功能缺损程度评分及临床疗效。结果 2组患者CRP浓度均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.01）,神经功能缺损评分明显改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组较对照组更明显（P〈0.05）,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论长春西汀联合血塞通治疗急性脑梗死可提高疗效,其机制可能与降低炎症反应有关。

Observation of vinpocetine combined with Xuesaitong in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To study the clinical effect of vinpocetine combined with Xuesaitong for patients with cerebral infarction and the correlation between C-reactive protein（CRP）.Methods Eighty-three patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into trial group of 42 cases and control group of 41 cases.All patients were treated by conventional therapeutical methods and injected Xuesaitong,and vinpocetine was added in the trial group.CRP was measured,clinical neurologic impairment score and therapeutic effect were evaluated before and after treatment.Results CRP and clinical neurologic impairment score of the two groups decreased after treatment than before significantly（P0.01）,but trial group more was obvious than control group（P0.05）.Effective power of trial group was higher than control group markedly（P0.05）.Conclusion Treatment with vinpocetine combined Xuessaitong in patients with acute cerebral infarction can strengthen clinical effect.Its mechanism is related to degression of inflammatory reaction.
