三种高铜表面积IUD的临床效果观察

目的:比较3种高铜表面积IUD的临床效果。方法:选择自愿要求放置IUD避孕而无禁忌证的已婚育龄妇女882例,随机分为3组,每组294例,分别放置MLCu375IUD、TCu380AIUD、元宫-365IUD,术后随访1年。结果:3种IUD的1年累积妊娠率分别为2.11/百妇女年、1.19/百妇女年、1.06/百妇女年,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);1年累积脱落率分别为23.70/百妇女年、9.94/百妇女年、4.78/百妇女年,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);1年累积因症取出率分别为3.00/百妇女年、7.12/百妇女年、0.71/百妇女年,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);1年累积续用率分别为70.65/百妇女年、81.23/百妇女年、92.15/百妇女年,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:本研究提示3种高铜表面积IUD均具有较好的临床效果,其中元宫-365IUD具有较好的有效性和可接受性,值得临床推广应用。

A Comparative Study on Three Kinds of High Copper IUD

Objective:To examine and compare the effect of three kinds of high copper IUD.Methods:882 married women who had asked to insert IUD were chosen and randomized into three groups,with 294 subjects in each.The MLCu375IUD,TCu380AIUD,and Yuangong-365IUD were inserted equivalently in the three groups and a follow-up survey has been carried out for one year.Results:The cumulative pregnancy rates of the above three kinds of IUD were 2.11%,1.19%,1.06%,respectively,and there was no significant difference among them(P>0.05).The expulsion rates were23.70%,9.94%,4.78%,which showed significantly different(P<0.001).The extraction rates due to symptoms were 3.00%,7.12%,0.71%,which showed significantly different(P<0.001).The continuous applied rates were 70.65%,81.23%,92.15%,which showed significantly different as well(P<0.001).Conclusion:The study shows that all these three kinds of high copper IUD have good clinical effect,but Yuangong-365IUD is more effective and acceptable which is recommended to generalize in clinical application.
