肺底积液59例B型超声图像特征分析

目的:探讨肺底积液的声像图特征。方法:回顾性分析59例肺底积液,对其超声特征进行分析。结果:肺底积液超声显示:膈与肺底胸膜影分离,两者间多呈上下径线窄,前后径线宽的扁平状液性暗区,上界模糊,下界清晰。结论:超声诊断肺底积液特异性高,优于X线,并能指导临床治疗、抽水。

59 examples of ultrasound image feature analysis on the infrapulmonary effusion

Objective: Discuss the feature of the infrapulmonary effusion ultrasound image.Methods: Analyse the ultrasound features by reviewing 59 examples of infrapulmonary effusion.Results: The infrapulmonary effusion ultrasound images show that the diaphragm separates from the infrapulmonary pleura,often with a flat liquid area between them.The area is narrow up-and-down and wide front-and-back with blurred top and clear bottom.Conclusion: The ultrasound diagnosis on infrapulmonary effusion perform better than using X-ray,and it helps instruction of clinic treatment as well as water pumping.
