清热养阴降浊方治疗胃癌前病变及对胃液CEA、HP影响的研究

目的:观察清热养阴降浊方治疗胃癌前病变的临床疗效及对胃液单克隆抗体(CEA)和幽门螺杆菌(HP)的影响。方法:将确诊的胃癌前病变患者60例分为2组,治疗组30例用清热养阴降浊方(处方:当归、白芍、石菖蒲、郁金、五灵脂、麦冬、黄连、莪术、茯苓、石斛、蒲公英、败酱草、白花蛇舌草、仙鹤草、川芎)治疗;对照组30例用胃复春治疗。结果:临床疗效总有效率治疗组为86.7％,对照组为66.7％,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组胃液CEA含量和HP阳性例数比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热养阴降浊方对治疗胃癌前病变确有疗效,且能降低胃液CEA含量及对HP有抑杀作用。

Qingre Yangyin Jiangzhuo Fang for Gastric Precancerous Lesion and Its Influence on CEA, HP in Gastric Juice

Objective: To observe the curalive effert qingre Yangyin Jiangzhuo Fang for gastric precanrerous lesion(GPL)and ils influence on CEA, HP in gastric juice. Methods: 60 cases with CPL were allocated to 2 groups, the trealmenl group(30 cases) treated by HYT formula(composed of Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii, Radix Curcumae, Faces Tro-gopterori, Radix Ophiopogonis, Rhizuma Coptidis, Rhizoma Curcumae, Poria, Herba Dendrobii. Herba Taraxaci, Herba Patriniae. Herba hydyotis Diffusae. Herba Agnimoniae and Rhizuma Chuanxiong); the control group by weifuchun. Results: The total clinieal effective rate was 86. 7% in treatment group, and 66. 7% in control group( P< 0. 05). The gastric juice CEA content and HP( + ) cases in 2 groups also showed signiflcant difference(P < 0.05) . Conclusion: HYTM possesses definite curative effect for GPL and cal decrease gastric juice CEA content and kill HP.
