| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨断指再植术后病情观察与护理.方法:对145例216肢(指)行断指再植手术,加强病情观察和护理。结果:成活201肢(指),成活率93.05%,血管危象发生率16.43%。结论:术后敏锐病情观察能力和独立正确处理血管危象能力是促进再植肢(指)成活的关键。
