烧伤膜剂Ⅰ号治疗烫烧伤的实验研究

目的研究烧伤膜剂Ⅰ号对大鼠实验性烫烧伤的治疗作用。方法将大鼠随机分为实验组(烧伤膜剂Ⅰ号组),阳性对照组(湿润烧伤膏组)和阴性对照组(空白对照组)。造成大鼠浅Ⅱ度烫伤及Ⅱ度烧伤动物模型组,分别涂布给药,单笼饲养,观察第5,10,15天的创面结痂面积和脫痂愈合时间。结果实验组第15天的创面结痂面积小,结痂愈合时间短,与阴性对照组相比有显著性差异(P(0.01),而与阳性对照组相比无统计学意义。结论烧伤膜剂Ⅰ号治疗烫烧伤疗效确切。

Experimental Studies on Treatment of Scald and Burn with Thecal Dosage Form of Burn

Objective To study the effects of thecal dosage form of burn on scalded and burned rats.Methods Rats were randomly divided into test group (thecal dosage form of burn),positive control group(moist burm ointment) and negative control group(no treatment) respectively.The drugs were administered topically on the surface of scalded and burned places respectively after superficial partial thickness scald and burn in rats.The rats were bred separately.The scabbed areas of the wound on the fifteenth day and the decrustation time were recorded.Results The scabbed areas of the wound on the fifteenth day were smaller and the decrustation time was shorter of the test group than that of the negative control group with significant differences(P<0.01),but at the same level with the positive control group.Conclusion Thecal dosage form of burn appears to be an effective preparation for treating scald and burn.
