猪全血细胞质控物的研究及应用

目的:猪血制备全血细胞质控物,用于血液学检验质量控制。方法:新鲜抗凝猪全血分离出各种细胞成分,分别用固定剂固定,然后按一定比例混合,防腐防霉处理、定值、分装、保存。结果:制备的全血质控物外观鲜红,显微镜下的血小板、红细胞(BBC)、白细胞(WBC)形态、染色性等特征与新鲜人血相似,无传染性,在sysmex KX-21、A- bout CD-3200、AC920血液分析上能进行多参数检测,瓶间WBC分别为2.6%、3.1%和2.8%,PLT分别为6.3%、6.0%、5.8%,RBC分别为1.5%、1.3%、1.7%,Hb分别为1.6%、1.5%、1.6%,2℃～8℃可稳定6个月,开瓶后可稳定15 d,质控物在sysmex KX-21的测定值与靶值比较,DI值均<1.0。结论:该质控物准确、稳定、无传染性,能满足临床血液学检验质控要求。

Study and Application of the QC Material of the Whole Blood Cells of Pig

Objective The QC material of whole blood cells preparation by the blood of pig,to be used for quality control of the hematology test.Methods To separate the fresh anticoagulant whole blood of pig into diversified ceil components which can be fixed by bond,and then let these components fix by some proportion,at last to make antiseptic disposal,to sure the value,to keep by disjoined.ReSultS The QC material of whole blood is red and put it under the microscope,you will find the shape and chromaticity of platelets,red cells and white ceils is similar with the fresh blood of the h.man being.The same QC material of whole blood was divided by several bottles have be measured by sysmex KX-21,About CD-3200 and AC920 about many param- eters,the WBC were 2.6%,3.1% and 2.8 %;PLT were 6.3 %,6.0% and 5.8 %;RBC were 1.5 %,1.3 % and 1.7 %;Hb were 1.6%,1.5% and 1.6%,the DI data was smaller than 0.1 between measurement and standard by sysmex KX-21.It will be steady for six months under 2℃～8℃and fifteen days if open the bottles.Conclusion This QC material without infectivity is exact,steady and satisfy,the QC needs of clinical hematology test.
