| 摘 要： | 成本——效用分析是近20年来发展起来的一种卫生项目评价方法，是制定卫生政策的决策工具之一。在成本——效用分析中，通过比较项目获得每单位调整质量生命年(QALY)所消耗的成本，来对项目效率作出评价。本文介绍了成本——效用分析方法的原则与方法，以及在执行项目中需注意的问题。

| Abstract: | Cost Utility Analysis(CUA)is a method of evaluating the healthy project in the past 20 years.It is one of the policy-decision instrument in formulating healthy policy.CUA evaluates the efficiency of the project through comparing the cost of obtaining each quality adjusted life year(QALY).The article introduces the principle and method of CUA and the questions that should be paid attention to. |
