| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中层粘连蛋白受体（LN-R）和尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物（uPA）蛋白的表达及其相关性。方法：应用免疫组织化学法检测60例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织及30例癌旁组织中LN-R、uPA蛋白的表达情况。结果：乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中LN-R和uPA蛋白的阳性表达率分别为68.3%和61.7%,与癌旁组相比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;LN-R与uPA蛋白的表达显著正相关（r=0.348,P〈0.01）。结论：乳腺癌的发生、浸润和转移可能和LN-R和uPA蛋白表达上调密切相关,LN-R表达的上调可能通过激活细胞内某些重要的信号转导通路,影响u-PA的表达,促进细胞外基质的降解,从而促进乳腺癌细胞的侵袭和转移。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expressions of LN-R and uPA and their association to clinicopathlogic in invasive ductal carcinoma of breast.
