中医治疗缺血性中风124例疗效对比观察

摘    要:目的:对比黄芪加复方丹参注射液、刺五加注射液、清开灵注射液对缺血性中风的疗效.方法:将124例缺血性中风辨证分为气虚血瘀组48例,每日静脉滴注黄芪加复方丹参注射液,肾虚血瘀组35例,静滴刺五加注射液,痰热瘀阻组41例,静滴清开灵注射液,共28天.结果:益气活血组有效率为93.75%,补肾活血组有效率为85.71%,化痰开窍组有效率为85.37%,益气活血组效果显著优于后两组(P〈0.05).结论:益气活血法治疗气虚血瘀型中风具有更好的临床效果.

Abstract:Objective: To contrast the therapeutic effectiveness of ischemic apoplexy by Huangqi Injection,Compound Danshen Injection,Ciwujia Injection,Qingkailing Injection.Method: 124 cases of ischemic apoplexy were divided into 48 cases of group of qi-deficiency and blood stasis which were given intravenous drip of Huangqi Injection and Compound Danshen injection,35 cases of group of kidney deficiency and blood stasis which were given Ciwujia Injection,41 cases of group of accumulation of phlegm and heat,which were given Qinkailing Injection.Result: The group of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation had the effective rate of 93.75%,the group of tonifying the kidney to activate blood circulation 85.71%,the group of eliminating phlegm for resuscitation 85.37%.The group of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation had a more evident effect than other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The method of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation has a much better therapeutic effectiveness.
