坎地沙坦酯联合卡维地洛治疗充血性心力衰竭43例疗效观察

目的:探讨坎地沙坦酯联合卡维地洛治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:选择慢性充血性心力衰竭患者83例,将以上患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上给予卡维地洛和坎地沙坦酯。两组患者均治疗8周。结果:观察组总有效率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:坎地沙坦酯联合卡维地洛能够显著改善充血性心力衰竭患者心功能,临床效果显著。

Clinical efficacy of candesartan combined with carvedilol on 43 cases with congestive heart failure

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of candesartan combined with carvedilol on congestive heart failure.Method Total 83 cases with congestive heart failure were selected and divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group.The routine treatment was given to the control group,and candesartan combined with carvedilol was used in the observation group on the basis of the routine treatment.Results The total effective rate in the observation group showed statistical difference with the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Candesartan combined with carvedilol can improve the cardiac function,and the clinical efficacy is significant.
