剖宫产预防性抗生素合理使用分析

目的了解该院剖宫产围术期预防性应用抗生素的现状,促进临床合理应用。方法对该院2010年10-12月195例剖宫产患者进行回顾性调查,对抗生素使用种类、用药时间等情况进行统计分析。结果抗生素选用种类为头孢呋辛、头孢孟多酯、五水头孢唑啉钠、甲硝唑。剖宫产平均手术时间为53min。术后预防性用药时间为3d105例、4d80例、5d10例。所有患者预防性使用抗生素时间过长（超48h）。结论剖宫产预防性应用抗生素治疗是必需的。根据致病菌与抗菌药物的抗菌谱特点,选用抗菌谱广、杀菌力强、组织渗透性好、不良反应少的药物,减少抗生素用量和疗程,缩短住院时间,减少医疗费用,减轻了患者经济负担。

Rational analyse of prophylactic antibiotics in cesarean section

Objective To understand the status of prophylactic antibiotics at perioperative cesarean section,to promote rational clinical application.Methods Retrospectively investigated 195 cases patients with cesarean section in our hospital.Analyzed types of antibiotics,medication and time.Results Types of antibiotics were cefuroxime,ceftazidime bangladesh more ester,five water cefazolin,metronidazole.The average operative time of cesarean section was 53min.Prophylactic medication time：3d 105 cases,4d 80 cases,5d 10 cases.All patients had prophylactic antibiotics for too long（over 48h）.ConclusionProphylactic cesarean section antibiotics is necessary.According to pathogens and antimicrobial spectrum of antimicrobial characteristics,the choice of broad spectrum antimicrobial,bactericidal ability,good tissue penetration,less adverse drug reactions,reduce antibiotic usage and treatment,shorter hospital stay and reduce health care costs,reduce the financial burden.
