胺碘酮联合阿替洛尔治疗慢性心房颤动疗效观察

目的探讨胺碘酮联合阿替洛尔治疗慢性心房颤动的临床疗效。方法将慢性心房颤动患者58例随机分为观察组和对照组,各29例。2组患者均给予基础疾病的常规治疗,对照组另给予阿替洛尔治疗,观察组给予胺碘酮联合阿替洛尔治疗。比较2组治疗后的临床疗效、左房内径及左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果观察组总有效率为96.6%高于对照组的69.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组左房内径、LVEF均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮联合阿替洛尔治疗慢性心房颤动的疗效较好,安全性高,值得推广应用。

Effect observation of amiodarone combined atenolol in chronicity auricular fibrillation

Objective To investigate the effect of amiodarone combined atenolol in chronicity auricular fibrillation.Methods 58 cases patients with chronicity auricular fibrillation were divided into observation group and control group,each of 29 cases.Two groups were given conventional treatment,control group were given atenolol,observation group received amiodarone.After treatment,compared the efficacy,left atrial diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） of two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group（96.6%） was higher than that of control group（69.0%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the left atrial diameter,LVEF were better than those before treatment,and the left atrial diameter,LVEF of observation group were better than those of control group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Amiodarone combined atenolol in chronicity auricular fibrillation has nice effect.
