布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗耳鼻喉科急性炎症疗效观察

目的观察布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗耳鼻喉科急性炎症的临床疗效。方法 116例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各58例。所有患者均给予抗生素及糖皮质激素治疗,对照组在此基础上给予传统雾化吸入治疗,观察组在此基础上给予布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,观察2组咽部疼痛、声音嘶哑、咽部异物感及呼吸困难改善情况。结果观察组咽部疼痛及呼吸困难显效率分别为67.2%和70.7%高于对照组的32.8%和37.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗总有效率为96.6%和98.3%高于对照组的91.4%和94.8%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组声嘶及咽部异物感的显效率分别为69.0%和86.2%高于对照组的34.5%和37.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组声嘶及咽部异物感的总有效率为96.6%和100.0%高于对照组的93.1%和93.1%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗耳鼻喉科急性炎症具有起效快,作用持久,症状缓解明显等优点,雾化吸入给药方式全身不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension on ear-nose-throat acute inflammation

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension on ear-nose-throat acute inflammation.Methods 116 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,58 patients of each.All of them were given antibiotic and Glucocorticoid,the control group based on it were treated by traditional aerosol inhalation,the observation group based on it were treated by aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension.Observed the improvement of symptoms of 2 groups,such as sore throat,hoarseness,foreign body sensation and difficulty breathing.Results The strikingly effectively rate of sore throat and difficulty breathing of the observation group were respectively 67.2% and 70.7% higher than 32.8% and 37.9% of the control group,And the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）;The total effective rate of sore throat and difficulty breathing of the observation were respectively 96.6% and 98.3% higher than 91.4% and 94.8% of the control group,but there were no statistical significance between 2 groups（P0.05）.The strikingly effectively rate of hoarseness and foreign body sensation of the observation group were respectively 69.0% and 86.2% higher than 34.5% and 37.9% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）;The total effective rate of hoarseness and foreign body sensation of the observation group were respectively 96.6% and 100.0% higher than 93.1% and 93.1% of the control group,but there were no statistical significance between 2 groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Treating ear-nose-throat acute inflammation with aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension has the advantages of shorter effect time,long-lasting action and relieving the symptoms significantly,and this method has less adverse reactions,which is worth clinical popularizing and application.
