2009年惠州市医院抗肿瘤药物使用情况分析

目的调查惠州市不同级别医院抗肿瘤药物使用情况,对目前抗肿瘤药物的使用状况及发展趋势进行分析。方法统计惠州市不同级别医院抗肿瘤药物使用的种类及所需费用,采用用药频度（DDDs）方法,对抗肿瘤药的品种、用药金额、用药频度等进行统计、分析。结果统计显示惠州市2009年不同级别医院应用抗肿瘤药物6大类共69个品种,DDDs排序前3位的是三甲医院的多柔比星、羟基脲、唑来膦酸;二甲医院的他莫昔芬、来曲唑、顺铂;中医医院的香茹多糖、去甲斑蝥素、康艾。结论惠州市不同级别医院化疗药物的选择趋向于疗效高、不良作用小、价格便宜的品种,基本符合我国当前药品消耗总趋势。

The situation analysis of the anticancer drug of hospitals of Huizhou in 2009

Objective To investigate the situation of the anticancer drug of different levels hospitals of Huizhou,and analysis of the situation of the anticancer drug and development trend.Methods To gather statistics the type of anticancer drug use and costs of different levels of hospitals in Huizhou,and analysis of kinds of the anticancer drug,medication amount,frequency of drug and so on by DDDs.Results Statistics show：the anticancer drug of different levels of hospitals in Huizhou in 2009 had 6 categories and 69 varieties.The top 3 drugs in third level hospital in DDDs were doxorubicin,hydroxyurea,zoledronic acid;The top 3 drugs in second level hospital in DDDs were tamoxifen,letrozole,cisplatin;The top 3 drugs in Chinese Medicine hospital were lentinan,norcantharidin,Kangai.Conclusion The choices of chemotherapy drugs tend to be high efficacy,adverse effects of small,inexpensive varieties in different levels of hospitals in Huizhou.And basically in line with our current general trend of consumption of drugs.
