妊娠糖尿病与孕期体质量指数的相关性分析

目的探讨妊娠糖尿病与孕期体质量指数(△BMI)之间的相关性。方法选取2009年5月-2011年3月来我院进行孕期检查的健康孕妇985例,采用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测血糖,将所有孕妇分为妊娠糖尿病组57例和非妊娠糖尿病组928例,计算2组孕妇的△BMI,比较2组的年龄、身高、孕前BMI、△BMI及在各BMI范围内妊娠糖尿病患者所占比例。结果妊娠糖尿病组年龄、孕前BMI及△BMI均高于非妊娠糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而2组身高比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。妊娠糖尿病组△BMI>7的患者占59.65%高于非妊娠糖尿病组的10.88%,且高于△BMI≤5、5<△BMI≤7,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕期体质量指数与妊娠糖尿病的发病率呈现明显的正相关性,应重视孕期妇女的体质量指数检测,减少妊娠糖尿病的发病率。

Analysis of the correlation between gestational diabetes and body mass index during pregnancy

Objective To explore the correlation between gestational diabetes and body mass index during pregnancy（△BMI）.Methods From May 2009 to March 2011,we selected 985 healthy gravidas made examination in our hospital,and determined blood sugar by glucose oxidase,and all of them were divided into gestational diabetes group of 57 and non-gestational diabetes group of 928.Counted the △BMI and compared the age,height,BMI before pregnancy,△BMI and the ratio of gestational diabetics in different rang of BMI of 2 groups.Results The age,BMI before pregnancy and △BMI of the gestational diabetes group were respectively higher than those of the non-gestational diabetes group,and the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.There was no statistical significance between the height of 2 groups（P0.05）.The ratio of patients whose △BMI7 of the gestational diabetes group was 59.65% higher than 10.88% of the non-gestational diabetes group,and the ratio of patients whose △BMI7 was higher than that of patients whose △BMI≤5、5△BMI≤7 in the gestational diabetes group,and the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The incidence of gestational diabetes was positively correlated with the △BMI,so we should pay more attention to the detection of the △BMI to reduce the incidence of gestational diabetes.
