双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂对手部骨性关节炎疗效的临床分析

目的观察评价双氯芬酸二乙胺(扶他林)乳胶剂对手部骨性关节炎的疗效。方法将52例手部骨性关节炎患者随机分为Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,各26例。Ⅰ组采用扶他林乳胶剂外用,每次每关节涂抹3cm,每天涂抹4次;Ⅱ组采用塞来昔布胶囊口服,每次0.2g,每天2次。2组均4周为1个疗程。观察并记录2组临床效果及不良反应。结果 2组治疗后手指关节疼痛个数、疼痛程度、肿胀指数、关节平均增加活动度及握力均改善(P<0.05),且治疗时间越长,疗效越明显。2组间治疗后上述指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Ⅰ组胃肠道反应发生率为0明显低于Ⅱ组的19.2%(P<0.05);皮疹发生率为11.5%明显高于Ⅱ组的3.8%(P<0.05)。结论外用扶他林乳胶剂治疗手部骨性关节炎疗效好,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical research of vitalin emulgel in hand ostarthritis

Objective To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of vitalin emulgel in hand ostarthritis.Methods52 cases patients with hand ostarthritis were randomly divided Ⅰ group and Ⅱ group,each of 26 cases.Ⅰ group were treated by vitalin emulgel,each jiont be besmeared 3cm,4 times per day.Ⅱ group were treated by celecoxib 0.2g for oral,2 times per day.Observed and recorded their effective and adverse reaction.Results After treatment,the number of finger joint pained,pain degree,swelling index,the average increase in joint mobility and grip strength of two groups were improved（P〈0.05）,and the longer the treatment,the more obvious effects.After treatment,compared with these indicatorsof two groups,the difference was not statistically significant（P 〉0.05）.The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in Ⅰ group（0） was significantly lower than that of Ⅱ group（19.2%） （P〈0.05）;The incidence of skin rash in Ⅰ group（11.5%） was higher than that of Ⅱ group（3.8%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Vitalin emulgel in hand ostarthritis has good effect,less adverse reaction,is worthy of clinical application.
