| 摘 要： | 目的对阿胶及次品、龟胶、鹿角胶及两种蜂王浆进行电泳鉴别:方法利用SDS—PAGE技术和IFE技术对各样品进行电泳鉴别:结果各样品蛋白质的SDS—PAGE图谱存在明显差异,并由此确定各样品特征的蛋白质分子量,而IFE图谱既可用于鉴别药材真伪,也可用于确定样品所含主要蛋白质的等电点(PI)。结论本法能为胶类蜂王浆等动物类药材的鉴别、生产储藏,提供定量参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:This paper discerns the false,the genuine and the grade of ass-hide glue,tortoise-plastron glue,antler glue and royal jelly.Methods:A series of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was utilized.Results:There were distincted by SDS-PAGE in different glues and royal jelly.The molecular weights of the major proteins in glues and royal jelly were analyzed by SDS-PAGE.Conclusion:There are remarkable discrimination by IFE in samples of animal glues and Royal jelly.The isoelctric point of them are analyzed by IFE-PAGE. |
