| 摘 要： | 目的 为创伤性休克患者寻求合理的补液速度。方法 对104例严重创伤性休克患者用休克指数公式进行补液。结果 补液速度的准确率为92．31％，取得较好的疗效。结论 用休克指数公式补液可行性好，计算简便，疗效好。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the reasonable speed of fluid replacement in patient with traumatic shock. Methods 104 patients with severe traumatic shock were infused fluid by formula of shock index.Results The effective rate was 92.31% and the curative effect was better Conclusion The method of fluid replacement with formula of shock index were feasible, convenient and efficacious. |
